1. Our Commitment

At Trucker Pay, your privacy matters. We built this app to help company truck drivers estimate their pay-not to collect unnecessary personal information. We only collect the information needed to provide the services you choose to use.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Your email address and account information when you create an account.
• Information you enter into the app, including loads, mileage, pay information, and app preferences.
• Data required to synchronize your information securely between your devices using Supabase.
• Subscription information, including the product selected, purchase and entitlement status, and transaction metadata provided by Apple to RevenueCat. Trucker Pay does not receive your full payment card information.
• Technical information used to operate subscriptions, such as an app user ID, device type, operating system, locale, currency, and related service-request information processed by RevenueCat.

We do NOT collect:

• GPS or location data.
• Camera access.
• Photos or media.
• Contacts.
• Advertising identifiers.
• Analytics or behavioral tracking information.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to:

• Calculate pay estimates.
• Save your trucking information.
• Synchronize your account across devices.
• Provide secure account authentication.
• Improve app reliability and fix bugs when necessary.

4. Cloud Storage

If you create an account, your account and app information are stored using Supabase so they can be synchronized across your devices. If you use Trucker Pay without an account, the information you enter remains on your device unless you later choose to create or sign in to an account and enable synchronization.

5. Service Providers and Data Sharing

Trucker Pay uses Supabase for account authentication and cloud synchronization, RevenueCat for subscription status and entitlement management, and Apple for App Store purchases and subscription billing. These providers process information only as needed to deliver those services and under their own privacy terms.

Trucker Pay does not sell or rent your personal information and does not share it with advertisers or third-party marketing companies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. While no online service can guarantee absolute security, we take appropriate measures to safeguard your data.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Account and synchronized app data are retained while your account is active. You may permanently delete your Trucker Pay account and its cloud data from Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. You may also erase data stored on your device from the app settings.

Deleting your Trucker Pay account does not cancel an Apple subscription. You must manage or cancel the subscription separately through your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase, transaction, or subscription records as needed for billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and customer support. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and meet legal obligations.

8. Your Choices

You may:

• Update your information at any time.
• Delete loads you've entered.
• Permanently delete your account and synchronized cloud data from within the app.
• Contact us regarding your personal information.

9. Children's Privacy

Trucker Pay is not intended for children under the age of 13.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the Effective Date at the top of this page will be updated.
